Two Worlds Consulting is a Canada‑wide social and environmental consultancy. We support Indigenous governments and organizations, industry, and public sector clients working in complex, regulated, and often high‑stakes contexts.
Our work sits at the intersection of environmental responsibility, regulatory processes, and community priorities. We are typically engaged when decisions are complex and long‑term implications matter.
The initiatives we support rarely have simple answers. They involve multiple perspectives, evolving information, and responsibilities that extend well beyond a single project or approval.
We see our role as supporting decisions that are informed, practical, and grounded in context. This means respecting regulatory requirements, understanding environmental and social considerations, and acknowledging the people and communities connected to the work.

OUR ORIGIN STORY
An Idea Grounded in Better Outcomes
Two Worlds Consulting was founded in 2016 by Jennifer Campbell, a Red River Métis woman, as a Certified Indigenous Business based in Victoria, British Columbia.
The firm grew out of Jennifer’s experience in impact assessment and her exposure to approaches that went beyond Western science to meaningfully bring Indigenous Knowledge, social impacts, and communities to the centre of the work. Recognizing what was missing in conventional practice, she set out to build a consultancy grounded in inclusive process, technical rigour, and informed decision‑making.
From the beginning, Two Worlds Consulting has focused on work that is practical and defensible, supporting clients to navigate complex regulatory and social environments, engage meaningfully with Indigenous Nations, and advance projects in ways that hold up over time.
Since then, the firm has grown into a national social and environmental consultancy with a team of multi-disciplinary professionals working across Canada. Today, Two Worlds Consulting is employee‑owned and remains majority Indigenous‑owned, reflecting a long‑standing commitment to shared responsibility, accountability, and building the firm for the long term. While our story has evolved, the vision remains the same: to contribute what has been missing in our space and to support decision‑making that leads to durable, credible outcomes.
