Alan Calder is the Senior Principal of Regulatory at Two Worlds Consulting, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading complex environmental and regulatory projects across Canada. A trusted advisor and senior project manager, Alan provides strategic direction on impact assessment, permitting, and compliance for multidisciplinary teams and diverse clients. His background in both regulatory and consultancy roles gives him deep insight into navigating requirements, managing risk, and supporting informed decision making. Alan also leads TWC’s Quality Management System, guiding continuous improvement and ensuring high quality, reliable services across all projects.
