Our Lands & Culture team uses inclusive approaches to help clients build meaningful relationships, foster collaboration, and develop shared visions for land and resource stewardship. We offer services in facilitation, negotiation, Indigenous Knowledge studies, referrals support, community comprehensive plans (CCP), advisory services, reconciliation, and land use planning.

Regulatory

We effectively navigate complex and evolving regulatory environments with tools and processes based on our deep cross-sector experience. Grounded in a multi-lens approach, we provide comprehensive and strategic regulatory guidance to our clients in impact assessment, environmental permitting, third-party reviews, and compliance assurance. We support our clients with early-stage project planning through to long-term implementation, we help build pathways that are technically sound and culturally respectful—bridging regulatory expectations with community priorities.

Human Environment

Our Human Environment services are grounded in respect, reciprocity, and relationships – we deliver projects that are shaped by the people they affect. We offer integrated services in engagement, socio-economic analysis, Indigenous-led assessment, impact assessment, and archaeology and heritage resource management. By honouring Indigenous knowledge systems and community priorities, we help clients across sectors navigate complex landscapes and advance outcomes that support reconciliation, shared prosperity, and long-term sustainability.

Ecology

We offer ecology services that support decision-making through strong technical expertise and a multi-lens approach. Our services include wildlife and vegetation studies, fisheries and aquatics assessments, and climate change analyses.

Digital Services

We use data to tell a story—designing digital tools and strategies that transform complexity into accessible, actionable insights. Our work supports a variety of clients, including First Nations, Métis, and Inuit government and organizations, industry, and other levels of government. We specialize in geomatics, data visualization, information management, and Indigenous data governance, with a strong focus on data sovereignty. From mapping knowledge systems to supporting spatial analysis, our work honours multiple ways of knowing and ensures data is meaningful for all users.

Join Our Team

We aim to attract great people and to pull together the very best project teams on behalf of clients and communities. We search for those with deep technical expertise and a quality orientation, who lead with something more than their professional skills. It matters to us that TWC team members are both skilled and kind. We want our team and new hires to sense there’s something special happening here, and to feel: I’m a part of it.
