Beyond the status quo

We’re committed to ways we can do things differently from how they’ve been done, and to empowering team members to influence our new directions. This belief is reflected in our unique approach to recruitment: we’re going to confirm you have the skills we need, but expect us to ask how you’re feeling along the way. We want our team and new hires to sense there’s something special happening here, and to feel: I’m a part of it.

Why choose us

Indigenous Internship Program

We value TWC interns for all the ways they make us better. We offer paid, year-long internships (full-time) with access to the same benefits and learning opportunities enjoyed by other team members. You’ll work side by side with our experts on a variety of projects in collaboration with Indigenous Nations, the private sector, and government.

If you find you love what we do, we offer the potential to stay on with us following the successful completion of your term.

Indigenous Co-op Program

If you are a co-op student with us, we offer paid, full-time employment for the duration of your work term. In that time, you’ll work alongside our technical, project management, and business operations experts and have access to the learning opportunities enjoyed by our team. We’ll introduce you to collaborative projects involving Indigenous Nations, the private sector, and government while you soak up the inner workings of an innovative environmental and social consultancy.

Intake periods

Co-op students typically join us for four-month terms, from May 1 to August 31 each year. (TWC may consider eight-month terms, where required by your school’s co-op program.) The 2023 co-op position has been filled. Please check back early next year for updates.
