James Sandland is a Senior Human Environment Specialist at TWC. He manages the development of impact assessments, provides regulatory advice to staff and clients and supports TWC's reconciliation services. He has expertise in developing sustainability strategies and programs that compliment regulatory processes to ensure meaningful Indigenous participation in decision-making and create socio-economic and environmental stewardship benefits. James has over 20 years of experience working with Indigenous Nations, government and industry across the natural resource sectors. James has led a variety of sustainability initiatives integrating multidisciplinary approaches to climate change, economic development and reconciliation.
