Madeleine Wong is a Project Coordinator with a background in facilitation, technical analysis and project management. Alan Calder

Alan Calder is TWC's Quality Manager. In this capacity, he oversees TWC's Technical Leads who are responsible for defining, refining and directing TWC's services. Alan is also a Senior Project Manager and Regulatory Advisor with more than 26 years’ experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects in the environmental and sustainability field. His experience and insights from senior Regulatory and consultancy roles convey the skills, knowledge and technical authority necessary to provide leadership and strategic direction to impacy assessment and permitting processes, and to deliver high-quality environmental and Engagement services for a diverse group of clients and target audience

Erin Prelypchan

Erin Prelypchan is the Technical Lead, Engagement at TWC. She has 15 years of experience in impact assessment and community Engagement for major resource development projects, both in Canada and abroad. She also has 15 years of experience advising mining and oil/gas clients in the private sector on identifying and managing community risks to projects, both in Canada and overseas. As a former journalist and copyeditor for news media, Erin also brings skills in writing and copyediting that result in clear, consistent, and accessible documents. She is a skilled workshop facilitator in virtual and in-person formats. In her work for TWC, she advises Indigenous governments, the private sector and the public sector from municipal to federal levels.

Hillary Ashley

Hillary Ashley is a Project Manager at TWC. Hillary is passionate about co-management and conservation that builds ecological and community resilience. Hillary has a strong academic background and applied professional and intercultural experience that serve as the framework to think critically, monitor project costs, and manage scope, schedule, and teams following the principles of sustainability and resource management. She has a strong understanding of project expectations and associated risks while working with the client to meet Regulatory requirements and manage the efficient delivery of projects.
